Office Closure Notice: The MLSSAZ and TAR Offices will close at 3:00 PM on Friday, September 4th, and will remain closed on Monday, September 7th, in observance of Labor Day. Normal business hours will resume on Tuesday, September 8th.

The Arizona Department of Real Estate (ADRE) has determined that actively monitoring criminal history records of real estate licensees through fingerprint clearance cards is reasonably necessary to protect the public and the real estate industry. Accordingly, ADRE’s policy is that a valid fingerprint clearance card is required for all holders of a license. To avoid suspension of your real estate license, please ensure that you have valid fingerprint clearance card on file with ADRE.

Fraud Awareness Alert: The FBI’s Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3) recently issued a warning regarding a new real estate-related identity theft scheme in which criminals impersonate the owners of vacant property parcels to attempt to illegally sell the parcels without the rightful owner’s knowledge or consent.
